Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping availability may vary depending on local carrier restrictions and destination country regulations.

Shipping Methods

We work with a variety of shipping providers, including:

  • Hellenic Post (ELTA)

  • FedEx

  • BOX NOW

  • Other logistics partners when appropriate

The shipping carrier used for an order may vary depending on the destination, shipping option selected by the customer, package characteristics, and operational requirements.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed.

Typical delivery times are:

  • Greece: approximately 3 business days

  • European Union: up to 10 business days

  • United States and Rest of the World: up to 20 business days

Actual delivery times may vary due to customs procedures, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, dimensions, and selected shipping method.

At this time, Greek Product Treasures does not offer free shipping.

Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Greek Product Treasures is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Tracking Information

Where available, tracking information will be provided once an order has been shipped.

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress using the provided tracking details.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Shipments

If a shipment appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate the matter.

If a shipment is officially confirmed as lost by the carrier, we may, at our discretion, offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

If tracking information indicates that an order has been delivered, any claim regarding non-receipt will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer may choose one of the following options:

  • Pay the applicable shipping costs for re-shipment; or

  • Receive a refund for the products purchased, excluding any shipping charges.

Delivery Delays

Greek Product Treasures is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections or clearance procedures

  • Postal or courier service disruptions

  • Weather events

  • Strikes or labor disputes

  • Force majeure events

  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
