Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason, unless an exception applies as described below.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting us using the details provided at the end of this policy.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Eligible Returns
Products eligible for return must:
- Be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Be unused and in their original condition.
- Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories where applicable.
- Show no signs of wear, damage, washing, alteration, or misuse.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following products cannot be returned once opened, unsealed, used, consumed, washed, altered, or otherwise handled beyond what is necessary to inspect them:
- Food products, including mastic products, chewing gum, loukoumi (Turkish delight), and other edible goods.
- Opened or unsealed soaps and personal care products.
- Natural sea sponges that have been used, washed, soaked, altered, or otherwise handled beyond reasonable inspection.
- Pumice stones that have been used or otherwise handled beyond reasonable inspection.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions set out in this policy.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
To help us assess the issue, please provide:
- Clear photographs of the product.
- Photographs of the packaging.
- Any additional information that may assist in evaluating the claim.
We may request additional information where necessary.
After reviewing the claim, we may, at our discretion:
- Replace the product.
- Issue a full or partial refund.
- Offer another appropriate resolution.
Each case will be assessed individually.
Return Process
Before returning any product, please contact us for return instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Returned items must be packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Greek Product Treasures cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refunds
Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow sufficient time for your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor to complete the refund transaction.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law.
