How to use

1. Soak the feet in warm water for 5–10 minutes.
2. Cleanse with the soap and rinse.
3. While the skin and pumice are wet, gently use the stone on rough heel and sole areas.
4. Rinse thoroughly and hang the pumice to dry.

Do not use the pumice on the face, delicate skin, open wounds or irritated areas. Stop if discomfort occurs. For external use only.
