foenum graecum

The foenum graecum, also known as a mosquito or triangle, is a plant with a height of 10-15 cm and three-leafed toothed leaves. Its fruits are rubbed and added to pastourma and in combination with garlic it gives this characteristic smell while if cooked it is milder and if dried it becomes somewhat spicy. In the kitchen, it is added to powder in various meats, chicken, vegetables and meatballs.
