How to use

1. Rinse thoroughly before first use.
2. Soak in warm water until soft, then add a small amount of soap or body wash.
3. Cleanse the skin gently without excessive pressure.
4. Rinse well after every use, squeeze gently without twisting and leave to air-dry in a ventilated place.
